Wuyang new town is next to Tianhe CBD, one metro stop away. Currently there are two metro stations Yangji and Dongshankou in this area, but to some part of this area, it’s beyond walking distance. It takes about 25 mintues drive to Pazhou.

Buildings here are a little old, streets are narrow, and traffic is busy and crowded. However, you can find many budget hotels here, which just charge US$40-80 during Canton Fair, with all necessary facilities. Daily life here is very convenient with supermarkets, McDonalds, KFC, banks, sauna, and massage center.

Just for budget accommodation, this area might be a good choice. Yet, you have to bear uncomfortable environment such as crowded traffic and noises outside.
